What does being part of the NLL Alumni Club mean to you?
It keeps the locker room alive. You spend two decades with these guys and then the season just ends one day — the club gives us a reason to stay in each other's lives.
What's your favorite memory from your playing days?
Championship nights in Buffalo. The building shakes in a way you can't describe unless you were standing on that floor.
What advice would you give the next generation?
Take care of your body and take care of your teammates. The stats fade — the relationships don't.
